Private Personal Training
Many people feel uncomfortable exercising in commercial gyms, in front of other gym members. At Studio23 it's just you and one of our experienced personal trainers, taking you through a personalised training programme in a fully equipped private studio. No need to feel insecure, just relax and enjoy your session in the capable hands of one of our professional team.
Private 1-1 Personal Training - £50 per session
Group Sessions
At Studio23 we offer 1-1 private personal training or group sessions. Why not train with friends or family members to reach your health and fitness goals together. Group sessions work very well and help to keep the motivation high between the group. The training costs are split between the group which also works out very cost effective compared to 1-1 personal training, without any compromise in benefits. Group sessions are available 7 days a weeks for a minimum of 3 people per session.

Nutritional Consultations
Studio23 offer nutritional consultations by phone or at our London studio.
Whatever your goal, our nutritional therapists will build a personalised nutritional plan to maximise your chances of success.
Specialising in weight loss, detoxification, sports nutrition, diabetes, skin conditions, auto-immune disorders and digestive problems, including; candida, IBS and leaky gut syndrome, our nutritional therapists have over 10 years of experience, plus priceless personal experience.
With a fine tuned individualised programme our nutritional therapists can prevent you from making the mistakes which could slow or halt your progress.
Each personalised plan includes a complete supplement protocol, lifestyle advice, exercise recommendations, detoxification advice, cooking tips, skincare advice and suggestions for stress reduction.
